Dr. Muhammad Aiman Awalluddin (PhD, Sakarya University, 2022) is a Senior Lecturer in Corporate Administration in Faculty of Administrative Science and Policy Studies, Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM). His academic and research interests lie at the nexus of strategic management, organizational studies, business ethics (including CSR and ESG), and corporate governance. Before joining UiTM in 2023, Dr. Muhammad Aiman was an active social entrepreneur, leading several impactful community-based initiatives. He remains engaged in external consultancy work, enabling him to bridge academic research with industry practice. His current research focuses on corporate governance and compliance, particularly in enhancing accountability and ethical standards within organizational structures.
