Polyplas Sdn Bhd was established in 1988 before being obtained by Ge-Shen Corporation in 2017 and becoming a Ge-Shen subsidiary. Polyplas was an injection molding company focusing on plastics injection molding for IT consumer, medical, automotive, and aerospace parts. Nowdays it also ventured into secondary process (silk screen, printing, assembly, hot stamp) solutions for its customers.

• Interpret NPI molding part/component/printing /hot stamp /laser marking /assembly drawing and prepare material consumption for project development.
• Prepare the development Gantt chart from project kick-off until the MP stage and provide a necessary update to the customer.
• Lead / Work together as an active core team member on part development and ECN (including tool trial, FA / SPC study, WI development, packaging development, component localization, MP line setup, cycle time, and yield study) to meet business quotes.
• Support / represent engineering/account manager in daily operation meeting/customer audits and ensure fulfill company needs.

Major project Involved:

• Proclaim Health - Jet Oral Health System (all plastic components, heat stacking and printing)
• Gatekeeper Smartwheel and Cart Sign(plastic component, cart sign printing, laser marking, component localization, and wheel mechanical assembly)
• Teradyne Water System (on going project)(molding,ultrasonic and mechanical assembly)

Sunningdale Tech Penang Sdn Bhd is 20th Singapore's cooperated worldwide branch company specialized
in variable injection molding (RHCM molding, LSR molding, and conventional molding). The Batu Kawan plant was completed in April 2018 and I was a pioneer project engineer in the very first molding tool production into Sunningdale Tech Penang Sdn Bhd.

• Interpret NPI plastic molding (including rapid heat cooling molding (RHCM)) and liquid silicone rubber (LSR) molding part drawings and prepare specifications / BOM for validation.
• Author/project lead for medical validation (VP, IQ, OQ, PQ, VPCR) and PPAP (including PF,CP, FMEA, and WI) documentation.
• Ensure all molding tools are approved by the customer and ready for MP within a specific timeline.
• Support engineering procedure set up for the new setup plant and serve actively as an internal auditor for ISO 9001, ISO14001, and ISO 13485.

• Becton Dickinson Purewick Shell (Female External Catherer)
• Ambu's Single-Use Flexible Cystoscope (housing plastic component including thumb lever)
• Haemonetics Blood Cell Seperators ( Latham Bowl plastics component)
• Sartorius Univessel (stir tanks single use bioreactor (plastic component ))

Silitech Technology Corporation Sdn Bhd was founded in 1989, as a company under PSA Group. Silitech is the manufacturer for silicone rubber switch pads, decorative plastic parts, and electromechanical control panel assemblies. These products are applied to computer peripherals, mobile phones, remote controls, calculators, automotive input devices & medical devices such as car audio control modules, door control modules, and medical plastic components.

• Perform FAI,Cpk study and GRR measurement for NPI molding parts using a Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM), Smartscope, Vernier Calliper, and Height Gauge.
• Support PPAP documentation preparation (PF,CP,FMEA,SPC, Run & Rate , ARR,GRR and WI)
• Train IPQC to perform new part measurement.
