Conduct regular preventative maintenance on ERP gantry systems, including antennas, sensors, cameras, lighting, and air

conditioners to ensure smooth operations.

• Perform corrective maintenance and troubleshoot ERP equipment to minimize system downtime and improve performance.

• Install and replace ERP components, such as antennas and sensors, to keep systems up-to-date.

• Troubleshoot and replace faulty air conditioners in housing sites to maintain a comfortable environment

• Check & monitoring parameters plants systems & equipment for maintain. (Pump, Compressor, Conveying system, compartment storage)
• Understand / identify / perform line tracing system accordingly. (KKS, Coding System, P&ID)
• Knowledge in Ash Handling system (Bottom Ash, Course Ash, Fly Ash).
• Knowledge in conveying system

(Pneumatically, mechanically, hydraulically)

• Understanding Permit to work (PTW) requirements in category (General, Hot,
• Confine Space )
• Knowledge in Compressor & Dryer system.
• Perform & manage punctuality for houskeeping pyrite condition.
• Troubleshooting equipment problems & abnormalities.
• Report safety abnormal condition to the Superior / Unit Superintendent to raise a defect for maintain.
• Report & Investigate incident according in safety requirements.
• Perform a De-isolation / Isolation / mechanical normalization equipment for maintenance jobs.
• Participate training competency program required by company to be a competent to handling / perform / operate safety plants system & Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). (HIRAC, Working in Height, AESP/AGT, Boilerman).

• Demonstrated expertise in the oil & gas and power generation sectors through overhaul, maintenance, and troubleshooting of rotating equipment.
• Specialized in refurbishing various pumps, compressors, and steam turbines.
• Ensured high-precision work through leadership in laser alignment, bearing inspection, and hot straightening shaft techniques.
• Interpreted technical drawings and conducted vibration checks using precision tools.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver results within tight turnaround times in demanding environments.
