Main Task ( Transport And Logistic )

• Packaging & Overseas Removal Service – Managed and supervised secure packaging, handling, and international shipment processes , ensuring compliance with customs regulations and minimizing transit risks.
• Specific Time Delivery Management – Ensured on-time, scheduled deliveries by overseeing route planning, traffic considerations, and customer requirements to maintain service level agreements (SLAs).
• Cargo Relocation & Fleet Coordination – Led the safe and efficient movement of cargo , including warehouse transfers, site-to-site relocations, and load optimization for various transportation modes.
• Regulatory Compliance & Safety Oversight – Ensured adherence to transportation regulations (ISO 9001, OSHA) and managed risk assessments for logistics operations.
• Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination : Collaborate with suppliers, transport providers, and customers to maintain seamless warehouse operations and resolve issues proactively.
• Team Leadership & Performance Management – Supervised transport and maintenance teams, providing guidance on fleet management, delivery operations, and process improvements .
• Compliance & Quality Control : Ensure warehouse operations comply with government regulations, ISO standards, and safety guidelines . Oversee quality checks for shipments and resolve discrepancies (CDR reporting).

2nd Task ( Facilities & Maintenance )

• Facilities & Equipment Maintenance Oversight : Manage building, machinery, and equipment maintenance across multiple warehouses to ensure optimal functionality and minimal downtime.
• Preventive & Corrective Maintenance : Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for HVAC, electrical systems, forklifts, conveyors, and other critical equipment to extend lifespan and reduce breakdowns.
• Regulatory Compliance & Safety : Ensure all facilities and equipment meet government regulations, industry standards, and safety protocols , maintaining necessary certifications and licenses .
• Vendor & Contractor Coordination : Work with service providers, technicians, and contractors for repairs, upgrades, and facility improvements, ensuring cost-effective and high-quality service.
• Budget & Cost Optimization : Plan and manage the maintenance budget , prioritizing cost-effective solutions for repairs, spare parts procurement, and facility improvements.
• Asset & Inventory Management : Monitor facility conditions and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, spare parts inventory, and equipment status to optimize performance and cost control.

Side Task (Safety and Health)

• Risk Assessment & Safety Compliance : Review and update Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Determining Controls (HIRADC) to mitigate workplace hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Audit & ISO Compliance : Participate in ISO safety audits (ISO 45001, ISO 9001) , ensuring adherence to occupational health and safety (OSH) regulations and company policies.
• Incident Investigation & Reporting : Oversee the reporting of accidents, near-misses, and workplace hazards , investigate root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions .
• Regulatory & Legal Compliance : Stay updated on safety and health regulations , ensuring all workplace practices meet legal and industry requirements .
• Workplace Inspections & Hazard Prevention : Conduct regular safety inspections to identify risks, implement corrective measures, and maintain a hazard-free working environment.
• Stakeholder Engagement : Work closely with managers, safety officers, and external agencies to address and resolve safety and health concerns promptly.

• Conducting inspections and roadblocks to check vehicle compliance
• Issuing summonses for violations such as expired road tax, illegal modifications, or overloading
• Checking commercial vehicle permits, licenses, and insurance validity
• Ensuring that public transport vehicles (buses, taxis, e-hailing) follow regulations
• Monitoring heavy vehicle weight compliance (overloading enforcement)
• Investigating transport-related complaints and illegal activities
