• Support First Time Build (FTB) activities, validation, and new product introduction (NPI) to ensure smooth production ramp-up and process readiness.
• Provide technical training, mentoring, and hands-on guidance to technicians for new product transfers, equipment operation, troubleshooting, and new product fabrication processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality, engineering, and maintenance to successfully implement new products, process improvements, and automation enhancements.
