• Monitor and brief workers on the safety requirements at site.
• Attend all site meetings/site walks, and site coordination.
• Monitor and supervise site progress in accordance with the project schedule given.
• Liaise and coordinate with the main contractor, client, at the site to ensure timely completion of the project.
• Prepare and record site progress on the daily, weekly, monthly report.
• Report daily to the Project Manager about the on-site progress.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance tasks on solar panels, inverters, transformers, and other system components.
• Responsible to electrical troubleshooting and routine maintenance tasks for projects sites (post-installation).
• Conduct corrective maintenance to address any system malfunctions or failures.
• Replace defective parts and components, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Operate the facility according to operating procedures and instructions to ensure safe and efficient operation during start-up, shutdown, normal, and emergency conditions.
• Laise with government authorities such as the Energy Commission (ST), Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB), and Visiting Electrical Consultants on all matters related to solar PV systems.
• Involve quality control inspections to verify adherence to standards and specifications and ensure technical proposals comply with electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Maintains accuracy of records, time sheets, work orders and other administrative documents related to the Operations and Maintenance division.
• Ad hoc projects when required by management.

• Assigned to handle maintenance and testing for Low Voltage and 750DC Breaker and Isolator (consist of 21 substation and 9 non-substation )
• Conduct and report all progress periodic maintenance Blue Light System, UPS System, Battery Charger, AARU(Automatic Assured Receptivity Unit), OVPD to management
• Manage the specification, assessment, allocation supervision of maintenance execution team and contractors undertaking maintenance work
• Supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any subcontractors
• Supervise and perform critical work schedule and unscheduled downtime

• Inspect, organize & supervise all maintenance and other facilities within the premises to ensure that condition of maintenance is in order.
• Obtain quotations for repairs, renovation and

maintenance work.Liaise with contractors to ensure

timely, appropriate and adequate execution.

• Ensure proper & timely job execution, reports submission, filing, analyze findings with follow-up actions. Compliance with technical requirements for facilities, equipment & systems.
• Organize maintenance, repair & upgrading schedules, manage and supervise resources to ensure schedule and budget are intact.
• Monitoring service providers' performance, security, cleaning, landscape, and lifts. Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time.
