  • Experienced in DAD3350&DFD6340 (DISCO). Set up and maintain the machine. Maximize quality, quantity, and stability. Planning for PM Masterplan (scheduling). Budgeting and forecasting, PM Kitting monthly and yearly. Analyze the lifespan of machine parts to revise the PM checklist. Cooperate with vendors for prototypes for each machine improvement. Be a trainer for a new technician. Troubleshooting any problems created by a machine. Maintain use of 6S system at the workplace. Support minor and major issues with machines. Sustaining production performance. Control the performance output and reject product. Manage preventive maintenance schedule by using the SAP system. Create all necessary parts to improve machine 6S. Perform ESD, machine and equipment buyoff and set up new or relocated machines on production floor. Manage overall equipment / machine down / OEE / UPH & failure analysis report. Work closely set-up new device, machine setup and program, device recipe buy-off. Perform orders for new equipment and spareparts using the SAP system. Contribute, drive and sustain in-house machine and execute improvements in machine performance. Responsible for machine / equipment upgrade existing machine to improve the performance through optimizing machine parameters. Responsible for equipment documentation release & re-update version (ESD & PM Checklist). Investigate, analyze and resolve possible solutions for any problem that comes out and encountered machine hard down and appear alarm/error for repeated issues based on manufacturing/production downtime records. Perform ESD Compliance Verification in both auditing and monitoring for ionizers, process, line and tooling and materials. Accurately initiative and effectively maintain the ESD equipment calibration policies.
