• To assist Chargeman on monitoring operation of building
  and M&E System.
• To carry out scheduling preventive maintenance
  activities of 415V equipment.
• Main task and responsible was in Three Phase Electrical
  System under Chargeman supervision and authorization.
• To do a replacement and repairing of M&E system with
  others Facility Staff.
• To be a Proxy if Chargeman not on duty or outstation.
• As a Team Leader for any work assigned by Chargemen
  To assist supplier/contractor carried out their work
  according to our requisition, preventive and agreement.
• To do a trouble shooting together with others Facility
  Staff.
• To carried out routine work and scheduled M&E
  inspection and check list, in order to achieve daily,
  weekly, monthly and yearly objectives of the
  maintenance and preventive programs.
• To assist maintenance work when necessary as such as :
  - Air Conditioning System
  - Plumbing System
  - Fire Protection System
  - LPG System
  - Water Supply System
  - Lift & Escalator System
  - Others M&E System

• Interact professionally with customers during installation and service
• Install and set up technical equipment at customer locations
• Conduct functional tests to ensure internet equipment such as routers are operating properly
• Provide explanations to customers on the use of equipment
  

• Ensure that the elevator functions smoothly and safely every day.
• Conduct periodic inspections of elevator components.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed before performing tasks.
• Deal with management if the elevator at the customer's location encounters problems.
• Prepare on call in case of a maintrap in the elevator..

• Demonstrate a positive and patient attitude in every interaction.
• Use polite and customer-friendly language.
• Provide clear and accurate information to customers.
• Provide directions to customers who want to board KTM ETS at KL Sentral.
