Job Responsibility

1.To control/review overall model development progress

2.To correlate with Cate for handling meeting

3.To compile Cate report & obtain approval of 1 unit LP development in Quality & Delivery in NM Evaluation.

4.To establish & monitor QAV2 Audit Programme & Audit Plan

5.To prepare New Model related report; PDCA report, Evaluation report, Event report (GO & Completion), etc.

6.To monitor Quality/Delivery issue, DPU (Event, Mass Pro) etc

7.Correlate with Others HMSB Internal Department For New Model Development & Mass Production related matters.

8.To assist & execute Purchasing Safety & 5S activities

To control and coordinate the workflow of vehicles in the Body & Paint section, ensuring all repair jobs are completed on time, within quality standards, and cost requirements, while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

1. Work Planning & Control

* Plan and schedule daily activities
* Monitor job progress from vehicle check-in to completion

2. Job Coordination

* Liaise with Service Advisors on vehicle status updates
* Follow up with Parts Department on spare parts availability
* Ensure all job cards are complete and properly updated

3. Timeline Management

* Ensure all jobs are completed within the Estimated Time of Completion (ETC)
* Identify delays and take corrective actions promptly
* Provide timely updates to relevant stakeholders

4. Quality Control Support

* Ensure repair work meets quality standards before delivery
* Coordinate with QC team for final inspection
* Minimize rework and repeat jobs

5. Customer & Insurance Coordination

* Support insurance claim processes where applicable
* Monitor approval and repair progress for insurance cases
* Ensure all documentation is complete and accurate

6. Workshop Efficiency

* Monitor technician productivity and workshop performance

*Check and inform ca supplementary job
