• Genuine Role:

Was doing contractual and part time position during semester break and internship to gain experience from Multinational Company. Karcher is well known brand of No.1 World Cleaning Equipments.

• Troubleshooting and Repair:
Diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems on Kärcher equipment for Home & Garden & Professional range. (High Pressure Washer, Vacuum, Steam Cleaner etc.)
• Preventive Maintenance:
Performing scheduled maintenance and inspections to prevent future issues.
• Customer Interactions:
Interacting with customers to understand their needs, address technical questions, and provide training on product usage for in-house and on-site customers.
• Documentations:
Maintaining detailed records of work performed, parts used, and customer interactions using the company's CRM system. (Microsoft Dynamic 365 & Resco Field Service)
• Inventory Management:
Managing vehicle stock and ensuring necessary parts are available for repairs.
• Sales Support Activities:
Identifying potential sales opportunities and assisting with lead generation.
• Safety Compliance:
Ensuring all work is performed in accordance with health and safety regulations.

• Other Task:
• Trained 2 new internship technicians on preventive maintenance procedures, enhancing team capability.

• Develop and execute smooth operations for Machines and help production team achieve target and goal every months
• Lead and manage a high-performing teamwork skill , fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
• Monitor all machine so the machine can operate with good condition
• Involved in minor and major maintenance for machine in factory.
