- Perform assembly activities to the Atomic Layering Deposition Semiconductor tools according to the OMS provided.
- Perform testing to the completed tools to measure the tools work according to the specification required.
- Troubleshoot when the tool is not working properly. Do helium leak check, water hose leak check, pressurize and de-pressurize test. Assists Supervisor in overall work for DCM & QCM, submission daily report, NC's and QDR report for management.
- Raise non-conformance ticket and deal with manufacturing engineering and planner to come up with a solution.
- Excellent in hands tolls operating, SAP system and PLM system.
- Buyoff is carried out for the incoming tool and after the completion of the tool.
- Perform DQL check before shipping out the completed tool.
- Support for testing and troubleshooting. Build machine from scratch to complete phase.
- Following documents, procedures and standards in cleanroom
- Ensure the tool is completed on schedule. Pass down the latest production progress to the next shift before the end of shift.
