- Participated in professional development workshops on E-Invoicing, financial technology (e-wallets & payment gateways), SEO, social media advertising (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram), and AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, and AI video production).
- Designed and enhanced creative marketing materials such as posters, greeting cards, and digital content (Hari Raya Haji, Labour Day, Wesak Day, and Kaamatan) aligned with organizational branding standards.
