Research & Development Department:-
- Helped in developed and designed the circuit layout of PCB using eagleCAD according to customer's will and successfully created a new one.
SMT Production Department:-
- Printed various types of PCB of ECB using solder cream and stencil board.
- Executed new program software of SMT Juki RS-1 and ASM Siplace based on a new list materials and position electronics devices of ECB for running it on machines.
- Measured electronic component's dimensions in (feeder roll) using calipers for SMT software.
- Operated, monitored and optimized production processes throughout SMT assembled machine of Juki RS-1, ASM Siplace, conveyer, baking oven and PCB racks to increase throughput and improves quality.
- Ensure bake the PCB at 265°C accurately and cool down it around 5 minutes.
- Checked, identified issues and, analyzed the component's position on PCB board using microscope and isolated it if repairing needed.
- Inserted the program digitally of IC on the PCB, grind, and cut it into the ECB.
Operator Department:-
- Operated spot welding wire machine and wave room.
- Executed manual insert of ECB circuit into chasing, rivets, mount and packaging.
- Tested the ECB circuit on testing jig.
- Repaired the ECB circuit using multimeter, solder and replace the components based on physics theory.
