My name is Ridwan i have been work in pizza hut since 2008 until now (17years) basically i work from part time before and had some opportunity to go even futher as a restaurant manager until up now.

My job is oversees all daily operations of a restaurant, ensuring smooth service, customer satisfaction, staff training, financial management, and compliance with health and safety regulations, while maintaining a positive restaurant culture and upholding high standards of food quality and service.

Key responsibilities include:
