• Warehouse Inventory Management

- Organize the work of a warehouse or distribution centre and ensure that such a facility can operate efficiently and meet the objective.

- Tracking current production levels by recording daily quantity stock and location,arrangement in out by FIFO.

- Investigated and resolved any discrepancies or issues in inventory, record procedures, and customer service.

- Processed transactions for SAP to properly account for material consumption ensure SAP and physical stock accuracy.

- Responsible for managing rework & self consumption towards the Refinery & Fermentation team to ensure the production process runs as schedulicity.

- Manage report and SAP system for rework and self consumption process to ensure stock data reliable & match with physical transfer.

• Consumable Management (2020-2021)

- Maintain and monitor consumable usage to ensure sufficient amount of consumable is available in warehouse for Export and local activities.

- Monthly Stock count to ensure physical stock accurate with system before sent report to management.

• Export and Locals Shipment (Weekend Support)

- Responsible preparing daily stuffing plan, stuffing report,

- D. O’s, Consignment Note, CIPL and other especially during weekend job schedule.

-Getting information from forwarding team, booking team, and marketing side regarding new order, ETA and Closing date for each Vessel
