-My job at First Solar, I am expose to new technology " Photovoltaics Thin-Film Solar Modules ".
-I am as Hot Physical Vapor Deposition (HPVD) technician.
-Working at "Front & End" area, "Wet Line" area and also, "Offline HPVD" area.
-Responsible to lead and control the wip of this department, to ensure the machine always maintain and in good running order as well.
-Troubleshot equipment issues, minimizing downtime and keeping production on track to meet deadlines.
-Doing Oxide Removal Tool(ORT) weekly and monthly PM.
-Preform daily checklist and sensor checklist.
-Would play a primary role in HPVD Target Change(TC), would be supported by OT Headcounts to speed up and improve overall TC time.
-Able to load and unload sample plate for thickness measurement.

-Being my first job in semiconductor industry, i am as Vacuum Soldering Technician, must make sure the machine is running in proper mode.

-I am responsible to take-care of inventory of machine such as soldering solder, all jigs type, squeeze bar and all nozzle type.

-Do daily checklist at Vacuum Soldering(VS) machine, Surface Mount Technology (SMT) machine and Insert Pin machine.

-Visual Inspection every module from VS machine and do rework if need to do that, before send to another department.

-Set-up program for (SMT) machine and create new program before running production line.

-Teach and give OJT to all new operator and junior technician.

-Feedback any abnormality about machine to engineer and supervisor.
