• Create dashboard on auto reporting for daily production performance (Output), On Hold lot, long test time triggering, and equipment status. Dashboard produce soft saving of 500USD/Year.
• Drive tester DUT capacity improvement through long size change at wire bond process. Improvement project produce soft saving of 1.46 Million USD (Project won TOP20 national APIC competition).
• Reduce inventory for reclaim product by process flow logic change and auto scripting to downgrade low yield unit. Improvement project produce soft saving of 140 Thousand USD/Year
