Job Scope & Responsibilities: Lab Technician – MPE PG8 (Intel, Penang)

1. Test Setup & Preparation
- Prepare and set up lab equipment and hardware for electrical and mechanical testing.
- Perform equipment calibration to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Assemble test samples, fixtures, and follow standard testing procedures (SOPs).

2. Lab Equipment Operation
- Operate various lab instruments and systems to support production validation, failure analysis, and new product testing.
- Monitor equipment performance and ensure test execution meets required specifications.
- Identify and address deviations or abnormal test results.

3. Preventive Maintenance & Troubleshooting
- Perform routine maintenance and health checks on lab equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware and software issues.
- Report and escalate any major equipment failure or system errors.

4. Data Collection & Reporting
- Collect test data accurately and analyze against baseline or expected parameters.
- Prepare detailed test reports and update tracking logs.

NPI Training Technician

Inari Technologies P13, Penang

- Support new product introduction activities in semiconductor manufacturing.

- Assist engineers in assembling and testing engineering samples using die attach and related equipment.

- Set up and troubleshoot machines for new product builds to ensure smooth operations.

- Collect and analyze process data for continuous improvement and quality assurance.

- Prepare documentation for standard operating procedures and product build instructions.

- Work closely with engineering and quality teams to resolve technical issues and meet production timelines.
