- Witness Welder Qualification test, Site acceptance test for piping valves,mock up painting for painter qualification, bolt and torque personnel mock up test.
- Witness mock up application of coating at test panel for paint system. (check DFT,WFT, visual appearance)
- Monitor blasting and painting activities (check surface & compress air cleanliness, environmental parameter, salt test, painting repair works( power tooling or spot blast) as per specification and paint matrix)
- Witness adhesive strength test (attach and pull dolly, x-cut)
- Witness hydrostatic test,flushing, blow dry, flange management & leak test for piping discipline
- Review radiography film interpretation.
- Witness positive material identification (PMI) and Hardness test.
- Make sure inspection executed as per approved Inspection and testing Plan (ITP) for structural, piping, mechanical and blasting & painting
- Monitor contractorsʼ material and consumable receiving, issuance, preservation & storage
