  • To advise Investors on cost involved to develop and complete station including construction cost, equipment cost, Select shop furnishing & etc to ensure budget allocated/ loan applied is sufficient to avoid any financial hiccups during development.
  • Responsible for new application and obtaining permission under Petroleum Development Act and Control of Supply Act (PDA & CSA licenses) from Ministry of Domestic Trade Co‑operatives and Consumerism (MDTCC) to enable legally abiding station opening.
  • To coordinate pre‑opening site survey by Supply Terminal Operators & panel Vendors/Contractors to ensure safety standards for load delivery is met and relevant infrastructure is provided for installation & commissioning on opening day.
  • To coordinate and plan for station opening with Territory Managers, Regional Retail Managers, Dealers, Vendors & Contractors to ensure smooth opening of station complete with first load delivery, IT System (Satellite & Top Tier Site System), Retail Visual Identification & Dispensers calibration by Meteorological Department.
  • Responsible of procuring items and raising service request through GSAP which requires creation of Purchase Requisition and Purchase Orders to Vendors. Items includes components of Top Tier Site System(TTSS) from various Vendors & Retail Visual Identification for each new site / extended sites and services requested such installation, testing & commissioning of TTSS prior to opening.
  • To provide monthly DO NTI Progress Update and Latest Estimate (LE) for NTIs opening to management and monthly CAPEX spend reporting to Retail Network Department.
