- Responsible on product design verification milestone for mass production in term of product assembly, sub-assembly and process by collaborating with NPI, process, quality and production department.
- Liaise with Berlin design team for major product design and material changes for product improvement and cost down.
- Involve in the cost down project by introduction of new material, simplified design, engage with second source supplier for better raw material price.
- Responsible in coordinating assembly / sub-assembly drawing including processes for HVC(product).
- Technical support to production and IQA/OQA in term of parts dimension and tolerance of measurement.
- Hands-on performing research design simulation (CFD, FEA) for improvement on the product reliability towards vibration and heat based on the customer complain for both new and the existing product.
