  • Responsible for the implementation of production plan, grasp the production schedule to ensure the normal operation of production; Responsible for maintaining sufficient production and distribution supplies inventory to meet the company's supply needs, complete the
    production tasks assigned by the company in quality, quantity and on time.
  • Assist Director Managing / Chef in R&D activities including development new product, formulation changes and trouble shootings.
  • Constantly discuss quality performance with various departments for trouble shooting, implementing corrective actions and preventive actions continuous improvement plan.
  • Responsible for responding to customer complaints including conducting detailed investigations, reviewing and approving CAPAs (Corrective and Preventative Action) or CAR (Corrective Action Request) prepared by the QA/QC Team.
  • Led investigations into quality-related issues (internal & external complaint), determining defects' root causes and implementing preventive measures to eradicate identified problems.
  • Communicate closely with customers and vendor in various aspects including product improvement, new product development, crisis and delivery performance.
  • To review and approved on Quotations, Purchase Orders, Delivery Order and Credit Note.
  • Communicate and work closely with Finance & Account Department regarding the Payment Planning Schedule to all suppliers.
  • Responsible for review, selection and negotiation with
    supplier/potential supplier in term of pricing, quality, delivery, payment term and service to ensure cost effective purchase.
  • Assess quality of stock (Raw material) received and escalate any discrepancies to supplier and management.
  • Responsible for acting as Chief Auditor of Stock Count.

  • Responsible for the maintenance and repair of production equipment and measuring instruments, organize regularly. Repair and maintain,
