JOB SCOPE INVOLVEMENT

  • Ensure staffs perform a variety of tasks, maintaining high standards of quality control, hygiene and health and safety as well

  • Responsible for the restaurant's kitchen and galley at vessel.
  • Analyzing and planning restaurant sales levels and profitability
  • Perform assigned work station duties including being a team player and making quality products
  • Develops enthusiastically satisfied customers at all times through positive and professional interaction with customers in person
  • Discover customers needs and appropriately suggest products with every customer to enhance service and meet sales goals
  • Clean and organizes the restaurant, maintains organized and clean work areas; and complies with safety and security standards at all times
  • Responsible for the weekly menu planning and special occasion.
