• Responsible for supervising and updating on project progress status overall installation activities for Specialty Gas System Piping Installation and Gas Cabinet System.
• Responsible for Testing, schedule planning, Testing Matrix, On-Site QA Testing System Setup, IQC Inspection and contractor quality control.
  Design review for P&ID and 3D drawing.
• Attend FMEA meeting to verify any critical and non critical factor that may affect the equipment operation including corrective measure that may reduce the criticality of the issue
• To ensure that regular checks are performed on machine reliability (Calibration check) to minimize the risk of disruptions to production activities and calibration record.
• Weld Traceability and Documentation, preparation of Customer Factory Acceptance Test (FAT).

• Installation and Commissioning: Installing and commissioning new systems t client sites. This includes planning (PTW, WMS, Gant Chart, drawings/diagram or Bitrix24 calendar), setting and configuring the system in according to system design specification and meeting clients' expectation
• Maintenance and Repairs: Perform regular maintenance and calibration on schedule and working closely with customers by submitting routine calibration/service quotation. Diagnosing problems, replacing faulty parts, and ensuring gas detectors are functioning properly according to design specification
• Technical Support and Troubleshooting: Provide ongoing technical support to customers. Assist in troubleshooting issues, either remotely or on-site, helping clients resolve operational problems quickly
• Training and Guidance: Conduct training for client personnel on the proper operation and maintenance of gas detection solutions and ensure that clients are comfortable and competent in using the solutions for the long term ownership
• Documentation and record keeping: Responsible for maintaining updated records of installations, team job skills matrix, maintenance, repairs, service activities, spare parts inventory and tools list. Involved with ISO17025 documentation for lab calibration
• PLC Programming: Experienced with Fire and Gas Detection system maintenances, programming of SCADA, HMI & PLC for Fire and Gas Detection System for various brand including Siemens (S7-1200/S7-1500/S-200), Honeywell (ML200,ML50), OMRON(NX1).
• Leadership: Responsible for the competency, work planning, work execution of the service team.

PROJECT EXPERIENCE

1. Pengerang Petrochemical RAPID, Installation GD (Jan-Oct 23)

1.Responsible for supervising and updating on project progress status overall gas detector installation activities. Create JHA and JMS for installation work and review with the client. Testing and Commissioning for all gas detector installed. Provide training upon handover (SAT) on how to operate and maintain the devices. Prepare documentation such as SAT, workpack, BOM, Gantt Chart for the project. Liase with client on the requirement and expectation of the project.

2.Jinko Solar Technology Sdn Bhd (Mac-July 2021)

Create PLC programming(Honeywell ML200) and SCADA for Life Safety System (LSS). Integrate and provide interlock for Gas Cabinet and LSS. Provide training upon handover of the project to client.
