Job description:

• Oversees the management of underground station construction including other associated works from planning throughout the implementation and specified deliverables.
• Review detailed work plan which identifies and sequence the activities needed to successfully complete the project. This also includes check and review all method statement, materials submission, drawings, and claims verification.
• Oversees construction progress and issues, and highlight for appropriate solution.
• Manage project staff according to the established policies and practices of the organization.
• Interface between internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth progress of the works.
• Ensuring the team at site follows the established site safety plan, traffic management plan and project quality plan.
• Provide support to organization to liaise with relevant authorities and interfaced adjacent developers/stakeholders.
• Manage, review and update risk register on weekly and monthly basis.
• Attend project related meeting and discussion with main contractor and stakeholders.
• Prepare progress reports and other reports when required.
• Involved in preparation of technical aspects of tender documentation for MRT3 (Circle Line).

• Assist senior engineer in design (conceptual and preliminary).
• Carry out the resettlement study (proposal of resettlement and land acquisition options).
• Conducted on-site data collection for social impact which involving residential, agricultural land and others.
• Involve in preparing the resettlement study report.
• Attending project meeting with client.

Job description:

• Assisted in bidding process by providing for on-site inspections and preparing take-offs.
• Estimated quantities and material costs during project planning to support budgeting and costing.
• Displayed strong communication and interpersonal skills while visiting clients, jobsites and consultant offices to support project and business development needs.
• Upkeep factory and monitor all relevant works at factory (casting yard).
• Liaise with clients, suppliers and subcontractors.

• Analyzed data and used computer simulations to model and test design concepts.
