• Managed comprehensive daily logistics operations and customs compliance for two strategic Baker Hughes manufacturing facilities in Port Klang Free Zone (PKFZ) and Port of Tanjung Pelepas (PTP).
• Drove third-party logistics (3PL) providers handling an annual trade volume of $20M in shipments value, consistently meeting KPIs for the APAC regional supply chain.
• Pioneered a strategic "farm-out" transportation model for the PKFZ facility, generating $100K+ in annual cost savings by modernizing and streamlining complex logistics processes. • Introduced roller cages and dollies across distribution centers, cutting rental pallet and material handling equipment (MHE) costs while achieving a 6-year ROI. This optimized logistics flow, significantly improving tact time at both DC loading points and store-to-shop-floor transitions.
• Optimized Tesco's nationwide fleet utilization by designing and executing a strategic backhaul transportation program, successfully reducing inbound supplier shipping costs to regional distribution centers by 50%.

• Managed daily import and export logistics operations while enforcing strict Customs Act tax exemption compliance requires a clear separation between physical execution and regulatory oversight. To maximize facilities like the CJ5 for import tax exemption purposes.
• Endorse exemption approvals with Royal Malaysian Customs Department offices, mapping precise Harmonized System (HS) tariff codes for raw materials, machinery for manufacturing plant.

• Managed import and export compliance and clearance documentation for regular international shipments. Coordinated daily with the customs department and freight forwarders to submit tax exemption certificates and regulatory paperwork accurately. Eliminated customs delays, achieving a 100% on-time clearance rate.
• Responsible for managing complex, multi-departmental data tracking required for mandatory customs documentation.
