  • Perform preliminary check to ensure all feeds are received and loaded into reconciliation system and connect to internal Support Team and Agents for any missing swifts.
  • Perform daily reconciliation for Cash, Security and Unit Trust Funds to ensure any discrepancy are monitored till clearance. Additionally, reach out internally and to Agents for any reconciliation issue.
  • Perform Cash Control to ensure all cash wires are treated in timely manner to avoid any unfavourable implication such as CASS breach and overdraft. Additionally, generate and distribute reports to RPS management and all Business Units.
  • Host weekly attestation call with internal Business Units to ensure all discrepancies are being monitored and attested to ensure timely clearance. Additionally, attest to periodical tasks such as MRA,PEGA, KPI etc to Oversight and Governance team on monthly basis.
  • Generate tasks segregation within team member on daily basis to ensure sufficient coverage with focus on volume and FTE availability
  • Perform ad-hoc task as assigned by Supervisor/Manager.
