Repairing and Maintenance works on 83 units (occupied) house on PDRM Barrack Jalan Aman

Client : Kementerian Dalam Negeri

Consultant : JKR WPKL - Kementerian Kerja Raya

Project specifications :

- Waterproofing work on flat rooftop for 3 blocks of barrack

- New sewerage and waste water pipelines for 166 units of toilets and bathroom accordingly

-New water supply pipelines for every units of houses

1. Water features , landscaping , fish ponds , indoor and outdoor specialist

2. Task :

- made initial formwork of products based on puchase order , sketches , drawing , basic engineering drawing , photos , and any given dimensions (woodworking , fibreglass fabrications , ironmongering )

- Inhouse products testing before been delivered and onsite installation (i/c M&E equipment fitting , plumbing work , landscaping , finished test run)

-Supervised on fellow collegues , part time workers on site

-Site visiting with boss on new projects

3. Project Management with following aspects :

- Project planning

- Project implementation

- Project monitoring and QC

- Troubleshooting on arised problems
