2026 - SBN Industries design, installation and commissioning of New Automated Plating Line for NanoGalv and Zinc Nickel product

  • Designing the new automated plating line based on latest processes of NanoGalv and zinc nickel and converting the manual processes into automated process practices. The automated line consists of total 24 tanks with total length 28 meters x 4.5 meters width and 3.5 meters height.
  • Manage cost comparison, analysis and proposal to top management.
  • Engage, monitor and manage scheduled and tasks with various contractors, fabricators and internal department team.
  • Commissioning the automated plating line by aligning with actual process, translating physical process into PLC programming.
  • Leading on newly make up chemicals for Nanogalv, Zinc nickel, passivation and pretreatment cleaning solution in the automated plating line.

2026 - Tristar Middle East (Qatar) Zinc nickel plating line design, setup and commissioning

2025 - Established new zinc free cyanide plating replacing hazardous zinc cyanide plating

2025 - NanoGalv Field trial at MTBE Petronas (6 - 12 months monitoring)

2025 - PT Southern Tristar Cikarang Cadmium plating line design, setup and commissioning

2024 - Established new pretreatment system by using new soak cleaner and electrocleaner while reducing chemical material cost and shorten the pretreatment duration by 50%.

  • 2025 - Study and established Trivalent chromate blue local supplier replacing USA supplier (reducing cost)
  • 2025 - Study of comparison on Zinc and nickel element by using handheld XRF vs ICP-OES vs Hach DR3900 spectrometer
  • 2024 - Study and established new pretreatment cleaning system using new soak cleaner and electrocleaner replacing old degreaser and emulsifier while reducing the chemical materials and shorten the pretreatment duration.
  • 2024 - Study and established new handheld XRF in application of analysis of plating thickness and metal depositions composition on fasterners
  • 2024 - Study on improvement industrial effluent treatment system (IETS) by conducting industrial effluent characteristic study (IECS) with 3rd party contactor in order to upgrade IETS into standard A design.
  • 2023 - Study, compile and propose new automated plating line replacing old plating line which no longer semi automated and rusted structure while increasing in production capability and efficiency.
  • 2023 - Study and established racking method on semi automated line for NanoGalv and zinc nickel plating
