· Provide training for new and existing laboratory equipment. Client managed to safely operate and maintain their new equipment after training session.

· Publish 3D CAD drawing for proposal and fabrication purpose. Recently publish a 3D Cad drawing as a proposal for an outdoor hydrogen generation equipment shed. The shed is fabricated and deployed on site.

· Attend to customer request for furnace and oven inspection. Recently carried out successful refurbishment of 2 unit of obsolete oven and 1 unit of gas furnace for a client in Perak.

Key Roles: Identified and improved processes related to quality, cost, performance and maintenance of tools.

· Increased 20% productivity by publishing electrical schematic drawing. Schematic drawing improved maintenance department ability to troubleshoot equipment.

· Carry out in house equipment upgrading and modification activities, enhancing operator experience and safety.

· Reduced production losses by 10% and stabilized reliability by adjusting speed drive in machines

· Performed root cause analysis to identify opportunities and solutions, ensuring correct repair procedure is carried out.

· Supervised projects and ensure smooth functioning of machines on day-to-day basis

Key Role: Prove of concept relating to circuit design.

· Carry out test circuit fabrication, integration and programming. Managed provide and offer solution to address client electronic part obsolescence issue for RMN Bridge Simulator

· Assist to maintain RMN Bridge Simulator system availability above 90% by attending to downtime on site.

· Assist in electronic component logistic and procurement making sure continuous flow development work. Manage to complete a working Overhead Display for presentation to RMN Officers.
