  • Setup new production line (SFEM, CEFEM JIT Frame & Pulsar ROW) to Class 10K cleanroom which include labor required calculation, material and other production costs along with reviewing schedules and future production requirements to assist management in decision making.
  • Work out with Industrial Engineer (IE) in analyzing and planning workflow, equipment placement and space requirements to improve manufacturing efficiency.
  • Successful BOM Setup & release into Agile & SAP for new product & transfer lines from Singapore & US.
  • Work out with SQE & supplier on defective parts including cosmetics, form & functions and material specs and tolerance.
  • Collaborate with Singapore team on continuous improvement initiative (Lean) to release cutting equipment for production line.
  • Responsible to setup, buy-off and release test jigs and test processes;

- 30 & 50 psi pressure test

- 24 V power supply CDA pressure peak test

- Water line pressure leak check

- Festo valve terminal operation check

- Helium (He) leak check

  • Work out with Quality team in evaluating quality control processes and make recommendations for improvements

  • Coordinate equipment maintenance and repair services and make sure that manufacturer’s procedures and instructions are followed in order to keep production equipment operational.
