• Supervise contractor or SO’s works and consult on issue occurs on site to ensure the project meet the deadline.
• Assist SO’s and contractors in configuration and installation of equipment such as 5G equipment.
• Site survey to identify existing infrastructure to minimize cost and to make sure available route for new installation.
• Manage material, documentation and to ensure the relevant system.
• Diagnose or troubleshoot and respond as the first point of contact for end-users seeking technical assistance like problems/issues related to hardware, software, and networking
• Monitor the assigned procedures and keep end-users informed
• Responsible to follow-up and assign to contractor/vendor when required with detailed description of the problem for further troubleshooting and resolution
