Job Discription.

  • Has been assign to University Malaya Medical Center Lembah Pantai to maintain all the PC’s, Printer and Server. There are 400 pc, 300 printer and 15 servers.
  • Attend user problem as when required by the help desk.
  • Respond to service immediately as when required by help desk system for clinical site.
  • Promote goods relation with customers while on site.

  • Involved as a helpdesk system while directed by team leader.
  • Involved in new installation pc’s, printer, new application such as hospital information system, laboratory information system, pharmacy information system and configure new IP services to integrate with existing system.
