• Assist with the development and maintenance of Internal Audit
  Schedule (System, Process, and Product Audits), customer and
  certification audit schedule.
• Capture information from production, service, development and
  supporting activities and perform assessment to identify risk areas to be focused during the audit
• Analyze department quality systems and previous audit information from multiple sources.
• Lead Auditor: assist with audit team selection and audit plan
  preparation for internal audits.
• Represent the audit team with management of the audited area, with customers and certification body.
• Ensure audit team follow up on audits to enable solutions/actions that once implemented fulfill the requirements and avoid recurrence.
• Analyze findings and summarize them for presentation or report with the final objective to enable organization to improve processes.
• Assist, when needed, for determination of action plan to tackle nonconformities.

• Responsible & accountable for Process Quality Excursion
• Oversee daily quality control processes at Assembly & Final Test to
ensure quality of final products meets customer’s expectations.
• Perform failure analysis and differentiate between material, assembly
process and tester related issues.
• Support and conduct internal and external audit activities related to
process.
• Facilitate resolution of proactive quality initiatives; continuous
improvement, preventive actions & mistake proofing.
• Verify effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions taken.
• Involve 8D & Lesson learned on Process Related Issue at Assembly
& Final Test.
• Responsible for the methodical and formal correctness of the FMEA.
• Support for the multidisciplinary project team to proactively identify, evaluate and mitigate the technical risks of products and processes by taking corrective measures as necessary

• To inspect, plan and execute maintenance task is carried out accordingly and timely manner.
  • Lead the team and to complete according to the plan and achieve the target that has been set.
  • To direct plant machinery or equipment breakdown is attended to properly and materials that needed for the project arrived in time.
  • To direct all breakdown record & machine record were documented.
  • To direct all spare part control properly & record well maintain.
  • To maintain all equipments and machines to allow maximize
  productivity and minimum downtime.
  • To lead and monitor on technical solutions for all plant troubleshooting works.
  • To plan and organize preventive and routine maintenance activities.
  • Lead & manage maintenance team to perform preventive and
  corrective action for machines and building facilities
  • Provide full support and cooperate to other department in plant to solve maintenance problems.
  • Supervise and lead Process & Industrial Improvement Engineers and their activities.
  • Provide timely support to production to diagnose and resolve line process related problems.
  • Responsible for the design and implementation of manufacturing
  processes, equipment, tools, jigs & fixtures.
  • Analyze existing manufacturing processes & improve the productivity, OEE & efficiency which includes labor, material & variable cost.
  • Prepare detail project cost benefits from improvement projects.
  • Interface with other departments related with all Industrial parameters.
  • Coordinate and lead key projects for improvement at production & cost savings using Kaizen and PDCA approach.
  • Own the industrial reporting process on monthly basis and
  subsequent analysis.
  • Work with leadership team to implement the company's policies and goals.
  • Coach, motivate & review worker performance.
  • Work closely with HR to identify training needs & execution to improve workers skills and capability.

• Lead Process Engineering NPI/Sustaining (Assy & Final Test) focuses on design,operation, control, optimization and standardization of manufacturing processes
• Responsible for providing leadership, outstanding people skills and
  management to a team of Process Engineers.
• Responsible for designing, documentation (Process Flow/Control
  Plan/PFMEA/Work Instruction) and improvement of production lines.
• Implement and manage continuous improvement principles by
  highlighting deficiencies and recommending changes in training,
  working practices & processes.

• To communicate with customer regarding quality (complaint and claim) topic.
  • To coordinate with the team on the analysis activity for returned
  steering gear for 0-km & warranty
  • To update and maintaining IQOS system for FC notification and F8
  • To generate report and monitor progress of IQOS F8
  • To update and maintaining Quick Response Customer Management board (QRCM)
  • To eliminate firewall activities at customer location
  • To participate in quality improvement activities
  • To participate in Quality Gemba

• Lead the team (Assy & Final Test) for CA/PA meeting
  • Compilation of appropriate quality reports and charts for weekly and monthly meeting with management
  • To make sure all the corrective and preventive action is being well
  implemented
  • To ensure quality control procedures and plans are followed through in accordance with the QA/QC requirements
