• Operated DCS and control process parameters from control room while optimizing limitations.

• Managed approval of PTW (permit to work), developing process isolation package.
• Covered STL & SS on shift whenever required.
• Gas tested for confine space entry and when performing hot work activities.
• Performed minor preventive maintenance activities.
• Cleaned and prepared equipment and do some minor maintenance work.

• Operated offshore production facility including turbo machinery, water injection system and gas lift system.
• Monitored and operated all equipment controlled from the CCR including the DCS and Fire & Gas Panel.
• Prepare all new e-permits for designated areas of responsibility.
• Suggested and implemented new ideas to improve quality, reduce cost, and support production work environment.

• Supported day to day operations of refinery process units which are: Delayed Coker Unit that produces wet gas, naphtha, coker distillate, heavy heavy gas oil, heavy coker gas oil, flash zone gas oil and green coke.
• Involved in several unit shutdowns, start-ups, pre-comm and commissioning.
• Performed certain engineering work such as insertion and withdrawal of spades, turning of spectacle blinds, cleaning of filters, changing of valves, etc.
• Rectified and able to troubleshoot any problems regarding to process after consult with senior colleagues.
• Involved in special projects such as tie-ins, line crimping and steam blowing for new revamped unit.
• Inspected serviceability of all operational, fire protection systems and safety equipment.
• Prepared equipment safely for maintenance purpose.
