- Leading a team on Preventive Maintenance and Calibration by monitoring and controlling the master list of equipment and machines.

- Supporting QMS teams on internal and external auditing by supplying machines and equipment history records and supportive document.

Controlling the qualifications of outside vendors to do the Calibration and Preventive Maintenance on machines and equipment followed ISO standard by auditing.

Perform digital inspection on products using Portable Coordinate Measuring Machines (PCMM) and Laser Tracker.

Analyse inspection data using Spartial Analyzer Software after performed digital inspection. Converted CMM data provided by production used Spartial Analyzer software to inspect quality of products.

Prepared reference data set of new products by converting CAI products were provided byEngineering Team.

Prepared Inspection Report after finished Digital Inspection.

- Support service to Operation when needed.

- Maintain all equipment and facilities in good conditions for operations.

- Attend equipment breakdown and repairing.

- Plan to do maintenance and improvement on equipment and facilities.

Attend Operations to ensure all equipment run smoothly.

-Troubleshooting Machines.

-Supports Facilities Maintenance.
