  • My main task is ensure that overall project able to run smoothly and meeting customer need and requirement
  • To achieve this PFMEA play important role ensure quality of product is meet
  • For the timeline for a project tool such master schedule is used, this can ensure each dept involve able complete their within specific time
  • As a project engineer, i also need to need involve in drawing review, this help identify design flaw and present the alternative improvement to customer
  • Lastly as project engineer, i will initiated and monitor FAI of new product, in order to ensure part able run smoothly before mass pro is started.

  • Monitoring the production ensure all aspect of quality is follow as per instruction by the QA/QC engineer
  • A part of team that respond to any non-conformance that occur at production and assist production engineer to ensure all quality aspect is follow by using tools such fishbone diagram, pdca, spc, FMEA and 5 why tool
  • Involve in a team in continuous improvement team that help to improve production and to ensure flow of production is smooth and reject product is keep at minimum
  • Involve in monitoring supplier to ensure all product deliver is meet with highest quality standard this including lending quality support
  • Already experience in FAT process especially documentation and inspection
  • Lastly handling complaint and demand from client during production and after sell beside that manage any supplier audit.

  • In order to understand the source of the waste, approach of Gemba Kaizen has been applied in this project
  • Current production parameter was collected in order to identify the current performance and state of the study area
  • Root cause analysis was done to determine the cause of waste that occur
  • A set of lean tool such as Kaizen and Poka-yoke had been applied to improve the production and at the same time to eliminate waste
  • Cost saving analysis were done to further prove saving made after improvement.
