  • Leading Bidding team to participate in local (TNB) and international tender especially project finance by international financing arm ie World Bank Tender, Asia Development Bank, USAID, AUSAID.
  • Upon award of project, lead the contract review for commercial before handing over to project team includes preparing order entry costing review, drafting cash flow, negotiations with client and supplier, drafting contract with subcontractor and consultant.
