Lead Expeditor

  • Labelling the expediting requirement based on criticality and delivery schedule among the project management / installation team member.
  • Forecasting for any potential delay and the way forward to overcome the issue via other alternative solutions (i.e., changes in specification, alternative brand, delivery method, testing or painting area relocation if require or waiving some of the requirement).
  • Establishing the kick-off meeting, progress meeting and site visit (as and when require).
  • Verifying vendor or manufacturer production progress (engineering, procurement, fabrication, assembly, testing).
  • Ensuring the final product or the complete product been produced as per contract award or Purchase Order (compliance to project specification and other criteria if any).
  • Maintaining all the project document submission i.e., Drawing, Procedure, Production Schedule, Inspection Test Plan, Mill Certificate, Testing Report.
  • Evaluating the vendor or manufacturer overall performance.
