Maintenance Officer carry out maintenance work during shift -Carry out

repair maintenance of equipment and complain during shift

-Ensure the stand by generator are the auto position

-Ensure that fire-fighting are auto position and inform th PMO and

APMO of any abnormalities immediately

-take down meter reading for electricity, water, fuel oil and

cooking gas

-Ensure that all lights in the public areas and guest corridors are PMR

working properly

-Ensure that all signage lighting are switched onn and off at

correct time

-Assigns work to shift technician daily and keep log of daily activity

and inform the PMO and APMO of any abnormalities immediately -

Familiarizes with fire procedures, all emergency exit and safety

procedures

-Participates in regular fire drill and attain to all fire alarm
