-Assist the Property Maintenance Officer and Assistant Property

Maintenance Officer carry out maintenance work during shift -Carry out

repair maintenance of equipment and complain during shift

-Ensure the stand by generator are the auto position

-Ensure that fire-fighting are auto position and inform th PMO and

APMO of any abnormalities immediately

-take down meter reading for electricity, water, fuel oil and

cooking gas

-Ensure that all lights in the public areas and guest corridors are PMR

working properly

-Ensure that all signage lighting are switched onn and off at

correct time

-Assigns work to shift technician daily and keep log of daily activity

and inform the PMO and APMO of any abnormalities immediately -

Familiarizes with fire procedures, all emergency exit and safety

procedures

-Participates in regular fire drill and attain to all fire alarm

7/2019 - 9/2024-Setting up sound system and stage lighting system for function

-Attends rehearsal for function

-Attends traning and meeting, whenever required

-Conduct training for your subordinates

-Ensure cleanliness of workshop, plant room and staft works areas

-Carries out any other duty, which may be directed by the management

from time to time

-Log security incidents and accidents in accordance with hotel

requirements

-VRF and VRV troubleshooting

-Maintain Pool / Vacuum / Clean Pump/ Pool Water Level

-Blower Leaves

-Checking and troubleshooting work for facilities & electrical for all ready

to use in good condition.

- Including; gym, sauna, guest room, private dining, UTV, sunset deck,

water pump, hanging bed.

-Keep gardens/green spaces and private beach clear of debris and litter

-Grass Trimming/bamboo keep gardens and green spaces clear of debris

and litter

-Assist any complaint

-Machinery & Tools Check Up

-After 5:00pm need to visible at front desk area and do rounding every

hour

-Chlorine pool around 7:00 pm without fail

-Around 7:00pm - 10:00pm checking all area to make sure light in culvert

function

-Make sure all assets in Culvert save (SECURITY)

-Need to rounding all area every 2 hour and clocking(SECURITY)

-Work as shift

-Attend guest complain

-Do painting jobs if there any defect at the room

-Completed complex repair quickly by leveraging strong dignostic skill and

attention to detail

-Maintained a safe work enviroment by strictly adhering to established

safety protocols and guidelines

-Do 5S at workshop everyday

*check all chiller temperature at kitchen

*check cooling tower and chiller

*check LPG gas

-Doing cleaning and service at main hole kitchen every month

-Set up and standby for any function and event

-Attend any complain
