2. Actively involved in formulating the Mid and Long Term Human Resources Division's Strategic Plan during the implementation of the MARA Succession Plan (SLAP)

3. Implemented the Cross Fertilization Program with the involvement of GLCS and MNCs in developing the competencies of MARA caliber officers.
