• Monitor the performance of contractors to ensure the respect of work standard and project specification.
• Coordinate and assist contractors to resolve any encountered problems related to inspection and testing activities to meet schedule and avoid any delay of activities.
• Efficiently issued Non Conformance & Site Inspection Reports for non-compliance activities against the approved quality procedures, inspection test plans, codes & standards and closed out on satisfactory corrective / preventive actions.
• Ensure the implementation of contractual Inspection and Test.
• Holds the credit of representing the company in final walkthrough, Generation of Punch lists, expedite timely close out as per A, B and C categories.

• Witnessing calibration of instrument popping test and bubble test of safety valve.
• Continuity testing, hydro-testing, loop checking and pre-commissioning of all the field instruments i.e. level flow, temperature pressure and valves.
• Responsible in inspection of electrical & instrument to its conformity with the specification on the data sheets with the actual commodity.
• Specification check on instrument i.e. temperature gauges, thermocouples pressure gauges, control valves, transmitters, manifold etc.
• Demonstrable supervisory skills and sensitive to the needs of a multi-culture workforce.
• Executes the specific inspections on materials, equipment and construction/installation activities on site.
• Issues the relevant Quality Records and, when necessary, writes and sends to QC Supervisor non-conformances reports.
• Witness the tests, controls and inspections carried out.
• Visual, closed and details inspection of equipment installed in hazardous areas, and to ensure that all the Ex certificate and data sheet are comply with the IECEx standard.
