  • Lead in enhancing Defect Elimination Process and ensure execution and all related processes. Ensure utilization of SAP system in managing Defect Elimination process for North Malay Basin Asset
  • Subject Matter Expert (SME) & key facilitator for Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and ensure lesson learn being cascaded to related parties. Single focal person ensuring RCA is constructed based on agreed Defect Elimination Process.
  • Focal person in ensuring Defect Elimination is tracked properly via SAP system. Experienced lean practitioner who coach team on improvement process using lean tool such as A3 problem solving.
  • Responsible on asset reliability and availability, and ensure Bad Actor is addressed to related discipline for action plan.
  • Responsible for reliability tracking plan & improvement activity. Expert user of vulnerability system to identify potential track based on current equipment issue.
  • Managed asset overall performance & forecast including, Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF), Mean Time to Repair (MTTR), Trip Count, Recovery Time & Proactive Threat Identification.
  • Lead Unplanned Deferment (UPD) forecast based on facility historical data by using Pareto and Deferment Analysis. The result ensures critical threat & bad actor are mitigated to achieved desired UPD target.
  • Focal person engaging with third party such as PETRONAS, Joint Venture (JV) partner in delivering maintenance & reliability issue. Responsible for attending stakeholder/partner meeting such as Technical Committee Meeting (TCM), Integrated Operation Meeting (IOM) and Asset Management Integrated Review (AMIR) meeting.

  • Subject Matter Expert (SME) for pedestal crane & lifting equipment. Advise and solve any crane and lifting equipment issue for North Malay Basin asset.

  • Focal person for Planned Maintenance Optimization (PMO) project for GK critical equipment to improve reliability and reduce cost of maintenance.
  • Lead Unplanned Deferment (UPD) forecast based on facility historical data by using Pareto and Deferment Analysis. The result ensures bad actor and focus of critical UPD that should be mitigated for Sabah Deepwater to become top quartile.
  • Lead Manage Equipment Care (MEC) for Sabah Deepwater by aiming to roll out process which include Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), Instrumented Protective Function (IPF) and Risk Based Inspection (RBI) scope by 2020.
