• Ensure that all construction activities within designated areas are well planned, coordinated and be able to utilize all available resources in coordination with other functional managers in directing and supervising all involved site personnel and subcontractors.
• Lead and ensure all work groups are properly guided, in close cooperation with the Project Manager, in assembling and controlling the required resources (manpower, equipment, materials and tools required) to start and sustain the work efficiency and productivity until the completion of the project.
• Advise the Project Manager in determining the need and procurement of tools and materials to be delivered at specific times in order to conform to the workloads, plans and schedules.
• Interact with other construction areas and Supervisors, discuss and review with Project Manager the project Key Performance Indicators to determine accurate status of the project, making tactical decisions for allocating resources, and assigning staff requirements, to maintain project on target.
• Oversaw daily progress and ensured tasks were completed on schedule, resulting in timely project completion.
• Participate in regular progress meetings with stakeholders to provide updates on project status, address any concerns, and maintain open lines of communication.
• Continuously review processes for areas of improvement opportunities that ultimately led to increased overall operational efficiency at job sites.

• 1 Blok Pangsapuri 22 Tingkat (260 Unit) dan 1 Blok 1 Tingkat Aras Besment Tempat Letak Kereta

3) Kiara Kasih Kondominium- (UEM SUNRISE)

• 1 Blok Rumah Mampu Milik 40 Tingkat (719 Unit)8 Tingkat Podium Tempat Letak Kereta, 1 Tingkat Kemudahan Di Tingkat 8 serta 1 Tingkat Tempat Letak Kereta Aras Rendah)

• Ensure all planned activities are executed and resolve construction problems on site
• Liaison with Employers site staff, consultants and subcontractors
• Supervision of site supervisors under their respective teams
• Field coordination among the different disciplines of the works to achieve an integrated flow of construction activities
• To assist Site Supervisors for the attendance and coordination with the other contractors, suppliers at the site level to meet the Employer's total project management requirements
• It will include the interface between the works, arrangement of access and space to the work area
• Basic and detail engineering including verification of the process engineering
• Timely provision of the technical documentation for the purchase requisition
• Paying particular attention to long lead or critical items
• Responsible for co-ordination and approval of drawings and documentation
• Provision of all technical manuals such as general procedure, check out and implementation of Contract Order Procedure and Handover documentations.

• Construction and Completion of Viaduct Guideway and Other Associated Works from Serdang Raya to UPM

• Supervision of site supervisors under their respective teams
• Daily allocation and adjustment of manpower and construction equipment
• Field coordination among the different disciplines of the works to achieve an integrated flow of construction activities
• To assist Site Supervisors for the attendance and coordination with the other contractors, suppliers at the site level to meet the Employer's total project management requirements
• It will include the interface between the works, arrangement of access and space to the work area
• Basic ad detail engineering including verification of the process engineering
• Timely provision of the technical documentation for the purchase requisition
• Paying particular attention to long lead or critical items
• Responsible for co-ordination and approval of drawings and documentation

• Assist in technical aspects of the construction of bored piles
• Ensuring daily quality aspect of drilling fluid i.e bentonite and polymer slurry and concrete on-site
• Prepare bore-logs and daily reports for consultant and company references
• Managing concrete orders for site with minimum over-break
• Monitor concrete cube results
• Conduct various tests on bored piles (PDA, SLT & PIT).

• Construction of 1323 nos. of bored piles (1200mm, 1350mm and 1500mm diameter), 416 nos. pile caps, diaphragm walls and capping beams
