• To ensure all welding coupon/test coupon compliance to project specifications/code of inspections, Client specification, PQP, ITP, materials, welding process and other related issue.
• Ensure and verified all equipment and tool used with valid calibration certificate.
• Monitor weld data/parameter is being properly recorded.
• Monitor and review NDT activities and result/Witness and verified on mechanical testing.
• Responsible for initiation, collection and compilation of QA/QC records in accordance with documented procedures for verification by third party inspector, non destructive testing supervisor, project consultant and client/owner.

PROJECT : TEMBIKAI NON ASSOCIATED GAS (TNAG) DEVELOPMENT PROJECT

• Provision of Welding Procedure Qualification Test (WPQT) & Welder Qualification Test (WQT) and welding 1 tie-in joint for J-Tubes using Duplex material S31803 x 12" x 19.3mm.
• Manage and guided construction team on all activities to Improved process efficiency and workflow by implementing productivity initiatives and proactively identifying and resolving problems.
• Reduced process downtime by restructuring ongoing projects, ensuring quality and compliance with client specification.
• Planned and arranged meetings with external organizations and individuals, enabling all parties to meet and discuss project progress.

PROJECT: ENGINEERING, INSTALLATION, CONSTRUCTION, FABRICATION INDUSTRIAL AND CERTIFICATION

Assigned as a Technical Representative, tasks that are done is as follow:

• Inspection and monitoring all activities before welding, during welding, and after welding such as like MVR inspection, welding preparation, welding consumable, joint configuration, welding parameter, visual inspection, mechanical inspection, hydro test, FAT, final inspection, and many more jobs as third party inspector/vendor inspector.
• Always involved with fabrications of Pressure Vessel, Heat Exchange, Structure, Skid, Piping, and Mechanical.
• Always refer to project code and specification, AWS D1.1, API 1104, ASME, and any related.
• Review and interpreted IFC drawing, procedure, ITP, and any document related.
• Inspect all dimensions of a structure before and after welding according to approved engineering drawing.
• Ensure all working activities from beginning until finish is correctly followed is correctly follow code and standard, WPS, specification, and requirement need for the project and clients.
• Witness / consults WPQT activities (Prior During, After, and Mechanical test)
• Evaluate for WQT of welders.
• Review RT film.
• Review NDT report (RT, UT, MPI, DPI)
• Monitor NDT activities (UT, MPI, DPI, and RT).
• Carried out / witness blasting / painting inspection (consumable, surface preparation, WFT and DFT)
• Verified and endorse all reports or any documentation from sub-contractor / main contractor or client.
• Advise Client Rep or Manager to solve any problem happen and to implement a good quality standard.
• Always surveillance for welding consumables, welding machines, welding equipment welder qualification and any abnormal happen at site.
• Ensure all reports are correct and tally with inspection records.
• Assist to expedite client project progress but still follow quality requirements.
• Advise main contractor/client if they're facing any problems completing jobs.
• Always monitoring HSE requirements.

• Coordinated presentations for customers and project members detailing project scope, progress, and results, keeping all entities well-informed of milestones and goals.
• Maintained project schedules by managing timelines and making proactive adjustments.
• Draft test summary schedule, inspection on material@electrode used to ensure suitability with client work scope requirement's, visual inspection on test coupon before and after welding, liaise with non-destructive test team, produced welder qualification test record such as welding summary, welders matrix, visual inspection report, and non-destructive test report and welder's qualification certificate
• Conducting welding qualification tests according to client's work scope requirements

• Identify and implement strategic plans for each above-ground welding and TIE-IN Point from start to finish, cutting timelines down by 90% and providing exceptional services to Main-Contractor.

• Removed and repaired rejected welds with the grinder to meet quality guidelines.
