Monitoring on safety & health aspect for facility management in Jabatan Wilayah Persekutuan.

The duties and responsibilities are as per below :

• Set up the safety department and documentation for submission to the client and Jabatan Kerja Raya (JKR).
• Report and advise on rectification on any unsafe act and unsafe condition.
• Conduct safety briefing to the new worker and contractor.
• Set up & arrange PTW system.
• Conduct training related to safety to the client, worker and contractor.
• Ensure building occupied by client comply with safety and health regulation.
• Deal with the local authority for safety and health compliance (Bomba, JKKP, etc).
• Arrange and planning of fire drill with client and local authority.
• Submit monthly safety report and statistic to client and JKR.
• Conduct risk assessment for all activity in the building.
• Conduct accident / incident investigation report and submit to client and JKR.

Monitoring on safety & health aspect for facility management in Kementerian Pengajian Tinggi & Kementerian Pelancongan.

The duties and responsibilities are as per below :

• Investigated workplace incidents thoroughly to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions for prevention of future occurrences.
• Improved workplace safety by conducting regular site inspections and identifying potential hazards.
• Ensured compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations through diligent monitoring and reporting processes.
• Reduced the number of accidents by developing and implementing comprehensive safety training programs for employees.
• Communicated safety and environmental training material to employees and coached individuals on safety regulations and compliance.
• Conducted risk assessments on new equipment and processes, minimizing the likelihood of accidents or injuries.
• Advised management on the implementation of best practices in HSE management systems, leading to increased efficiency and reduced risks.
• Developed emergency response plans for various scenarios, resulting in faster response times during actual emergencies.
• Submit monthly HSE reports to client and JKR.
• Investigated incidents, determining root causes and implementing corrective actions.

Monitoring on HSSE aspect for day to day production and fabrication activity on tank / vessel as per client order as well base on project required for oil & gas, petrochemicals industries, contractor and manufacture.

Also monitoring and inspection on HSSE aspect for project site throughout Malaysia as per request by Management.

Set up the whole HSSE Department for the company which include documentation like HSSE Manual, HSSE Procedure, Safe Operating Procedure (SOP), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Hazard Identification Risk Assessment Risk Control (HIRARC), Machinery / Equipment Safety Checklist, Lifting Plan & Calculation, Workshop / Site Audit Checklist, 5S Planning, HSSE Weekly / Monthly Report, HSSE Induction Slide, Set Up HSSE Committee & etc.

Monitoring on HSE aspect for day to day production and fabrication activity on tank / vessel as per customer order. Follow the current HSE system of the company which include:

• Conduct safety induction for new worker and staff.
• Conduct daily morning safety toolbox talk.
• Monitor and maintain good housekeeping at plant.
• Proposed and produced layout for safety walkway and emergency evacuation routing for the plant.
• Enforcement for Safety & Health regulation.
• Issue any safety offence – verbal warning, warning letter and termination letter.
• Conduct accident / incident report and submit to Management.
• Maintain and taking care of HSE filing for the company.
• Produce weekly and monthly HSE report and submit to the company.
• Produce Hazard Identification Risk Assessement Risk Control (HIRARC) for all activity at the Plant.
• Liase with DOSH for their visit and inspection.
• Liase with BOMBA for fire fighting system inspection.
• Any others’ safety instruction by Management.

Involve in the construction of the new chemical plant in Gebeng area.Control and monitor project site in the aspect of Safety & Health. Allocate by the Management as a fulltime Site Safety Supervisor.

The duties and responsibilities are as per below :

• Conduct safety induction for new staff and contractor.
• Conduct daily morning safety toolbox talk.
• Enforcemen of Safety & Health rules and regulations.
• Issue any safety offence – verbal warning, warning letter and termination letter.
• Equipment and machinery visual inspection.
• Heavy machinery visual inspection including mobile crane, backhoe, excavator, forklift, transporter & etc.
• Do the daily gas check using gas tester to ensure the area of the activity is safe.

Involve in the highway construction in Kelantan area. Control and monitor the project site in the Safety & Health aspect. Allocate by the management as a fulltime Site Safety Supervisor. Also involve in the environment control of the project.

The duties and responsibilities are as per below :

• Conduct safety induction for new staff and contractor.
• Conduct daily morning safety toolbox talk.
• Enforcemen of Safety & Health rules and regulations.
• Issue any safety offence – verbal warning, warning letter and termination letter.
• Control all the license of the machinery operator to ensure they are competent to operate the machinery.
• Do the visual inspection of machinery and equipment.
• Monitor the silt fence and silt trap installation for environment control.
• Request of safety equipment and arrange them on site which include barricade tape, safety cone, fire extinguisher, reflector and signage.
