• Assist UNIFI Mobile to achieve Ookla 2nd Half 2024 Fastest 5G Mobile Network, Top-Rated Mobile Network and Best Mobile Video Experience by move their IP-Transit port more direct to TM AS4788 HSE and increase the multi-server location in TM AS4788 network.
• Support UNIFI Mobile to move their network AS38322 to AS4788 (by stages starting with 5G network)
• Consult Astro AS56231 to set their IP Network for them to transform their business model from content owner to network operator.
• Support the setup for NGBH-Lite for Umobile access requirement back on 2016.
• Achieve the OPEX saving for IEPL, IP Port, IXP and Hosting cost for TSFP by RM10mil in 2024.
• Manage to reduce TM AS4788 network dependencies on IP Port which increase LOBs (Unifi and TMG) profit margin.
• Manage to upsale the CIR for Akamai from 1.2Tbps to 1.5Tbps by provide Akamai with specific routes which is RM0 cost.
• Key person for TM LMD Service developer mainly to charge OTTs and CDN player for their direct connectivity to TM network.
• Involve in testing for LMD TM-Conversant partnership which is now can be call TM Own CDN Platform.
• Plan and Executing the TM DC Rack consolidation at Equinix SG1 in 2024 which give TM cost saving RM56,000 per month and at Equinix London in January 2025 which give TM cost saving RM17,186 per month.
• Plan and Executing the movement of 4 x 100GE Fiberail MY-SG capacity to TMSG FBO which give TM cost saving at RM36,000 per month.
