  • Help create internal Purchase Order for ex-Distribution Center sales.
  • Liaise with customer service to ensure purchase orders reflect right prices as quoted.

Agriculture Relation Officer:

  • Source new supplier (Cucumber, Rock Melon, Banana and others)

  • Prepare a detailed crop calendar for the Farms within the jurisdiction with planting and estimated harvest dates for each produce
  • Assure that problems relating to delivery, quality or pricing are promptly conveyed to the supplier and resolved in a timely manner per standard procedures
  • Coordination and collaboration across all Business Units in a cohesive, proactive and positive way
  • Involve in development, analysis and reviews of business plans, strategic plans and operational plans of your division
  • Ensure continuous improvement to maximize efficiency and effectiveness in terms of cost, time, speed and effort.


Administration support:

  • Prepare report (weekly, monthly and yearly)
  • Prepare boss, consultant and staff claim, Prepare boss meeting schedule, outstation and flight
  • Prepare meeting place and minutes, Prepare documentation (order, transportation instruction, crates monitoring, payment to supplier)
  • Support on organizing events

  • Compose correspondence/reports for own or manager’s signature
