• Supervision & Compliance: Oversee and ensure quality compliance for civil, structural, and architectural works, monitoring the contractor’s execution against approved Inspection & Testing Plans (ITP), IFC drawings, Shop Drawings, and Method Statements.
• Inspection & Verification: Conduct inspections and verify work progress based on approved documentation, ensuring adherence to project specifications.
• Tunnel Works & Quality Control:
  Attended Tunnel Ring Inspection for four Tunnel Boring Machines (TBM) covering both north and south alignment.
  Conducted precast segment gasket quality inspections and oversaw temporary tunnel work installations.
• Instrumentation & Monitoring (I&M): Reviewed I&M data, carried out site inspections, and provided initial impact assessments for observed changes.
• Site Reporting & Documentation:
  Recorded daily contractor and engineer activities in the site diary, updating the Resident Engineer (RE) / Assistant Resident Engineer (ARE) on progress.
• Project Quality Assurance: Maintained project quality records, verifying compliance with standards and confirming work completion.
• QA/QC Coordination: Attended all QA/QC and TCS witness & hold points, liaising with the Design & Delivery Consultant (DDC) for site activities and authorizing the sign-off of inspection record sheets and checklists.

• Subcontractor Coordination-Monitored and coordinate with sub-contractor for both vertical and horizontal work scopes including column, shear wall, lift core wall, post tension transfer slab, RC slab and RC beam construction for both at Block C & D
