DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT :

Fast Track Project for Shanghai Data Centre Development ( Site Supervision Team)

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY

1. Conduct and attend inspection of works at site with LLPs and General Contractor for CX1,CX2, CX3, CX4 and CX5

2. Provide comments on Method of Statements, Material approval, Cx2-Cx3 Documents or RFI submitted by LLPs and GC

3. Assist to review on Shop Drawings and installation verification at site

4. Liaise with HQ with design intent if discrepancy rise before/on/after site inspection

5. Update HQ on progress of works of the LLPs and GC

6. Attend Site Progress Meeting

7. Checking installation at site is according to design intent, technical project specification

DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT :

Fast Track Project for K2 Data Centre Development ( Site Supervision Team) - Completed 60MW IST

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY

1. Conduct and attend inspection of works at site with LLPs and General Contractor for CX1,CX2, CX3, CX4 and CX5

2. Provide comments on Method of Statements, Material approval, Cx2-Cx3 Documents or RFI submitted by LLPs and GC

3. Assist to review on Shop Drawings and installation verification at site

4. Liaise with HQ with design intent if discrepancy rise before/on/after site inspection

DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT :

Mechanical Services Consultancy for 5 Block High Rise Apartments for Bangsar Hill Park Development ( Designer Team)

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY :

1. Prime responsibility is to work as main technical advisor to contractors

2. To make sure installation mechanical services is according to law and specification.

3. To resolve unexpected technical problems that may arise at the site and ensure timely completion of the project.

4. To review shop drawing submitted by contractors and approve if it according to design intent.

5. To review method statement and material approval from contractors and approve it if it according to codes and specifications.

6. To draft engineer and give engineer instruction if there is any variation work addition involve due to authority related comments on post-inspection or clients changes.

7. To design drawings using Autocad 2D for mechanical services and cross checking with electrical services regarding power requirement on the mechanical services such as ACMV system, Fire Protection System, Cold Water and Sanitary System Services and Lift Systems.

DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT :

Total Replacement of 18 nos lift services at Wisma Consplant 1 & 2 & Domestic sub-contractor for ACMV & FPS System for Improvement traffic of Patients and Visitors at PPUM Hospital.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY :

1. Manage sub-contractors of labour works.

2. Doing progress claim to main-contractor

3. Liase with Procurement department for materials delivered to site

4. Taking off and doing Material Request Order

5. Submit Method Statement for ACMV and FPS thread and preparing testing & commissioning checklist for testing

EXPERIENCE OBTAINED:

1.Monitoring works of sub-contractors work from early stage construction till Certified Practical Experience (CPC) for ACMV and FPS services.

2.Liase with Suppliers, Procurement department for materials being delivered to site.

3.Urge sub-contractors to give planning works and required them to submit planning and material that want to use.

4.Present to clients work method statement for chilled water supply from 8 nos 40 tonnage air cooled chiller to AHU to building (cross pharmaceutical departments)

DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT :

Mechanical Consultant for Pipe Medical Gas (PMG) System for Hospital Annur and M&E Consultant for 10 units bungalow at Seksyen 17 Shah Alam for PKNS.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY :

1. Involve with supervision of ongoing projects including attending site meeting, technical meeting, client-consultant meeting, review shop drawing.

2. Prepare construction drawing, tender drawing, contracts documents, approve method statement and approve material and preparing certified progress claim by contractors.

EXPERIENCE OBTAINED:

1.Attend CCM, Progress meeting with managing director.

2.Involve in contractual such as EOT, Progress Claim and Contracts Documents

3.Learn with Managing Director on PMG design and Hospital design.

4. Experience Involve in GLC company and how they area operate on construction stages

DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT :

Involve in Mosque TTDI project expansion, Hospital KPJ Rawang extension, and CSR School by Yayasan Rafulin.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY :

1. Involve with supervision of ongoing projects including attending site meeting, technical meeting, client-consultant meeting, review shop drawing.

2. Prepare construction drawing, tender drawing, contracts documents, approve method statement and approve material and preparing certified progress claim.

EXPERIENCE OBTAINED:

1.Attend CCM, Progress meeting with clerks.

2.Involve in contractual such as EOT, Progress Claim and Contracts Documents

3. Design mechanical system such as ACMV, CWSP, and FPS.

Scope of Work

1. Service, troubleshooting and Testing & Commissioning (T&C) centralized Air-Conditioning system such as airside product, chiller and direct expansion product. Area cover Southeast Asia.
2. Frequent travel and outstation to Singapore, East Coast of Malaysia
3. Make listing of spare parts to be use and frequently replying email from customer such as in Indonesia, Thailand, Bangladesh, and local.
